80's Party

We were invited to an 80's themed party--well Lauryn was funny--she was online planning what we should wear--I heard "Mommy you used to wear THAT??!!??" several times while she was looking at 80's attire. This is what we came up with--notice Logan's hair--who knew you could get skater shaggy into an 80's do.

Spring is coming!!!! PLEASE LET SPRING COME!!!!

Saturday was beautiful--not just nice--beautiful!!!! We took advantage of the day and went for a walk in Johnson's Woods. If you aren't from around here that is a Nature Preserve--it is wonderful--it has a recycled boardwalk going through it for you to walk on and stations for you to enjoy looking at all kinds of different trees and wildflowers--even has swampy areas--you can see the trees in various stages of decay--and since it is so early in the year--the best part (for me anyways)--NO BUGS!!! The big joke around here is that if there is even a fake tree/plant in the lobby of the hotel where we stay--then I have been enjoying nature!!!! Not so much the great outdoorsy type!!! Still--this was fun and I got some really great pictures--I love the one of Andy with L&L under the tree arch--one of my favorites I took that day.

B-I-N-G-O!!!!!

We went with Grandma Helen to play basket Bingo. L&L didn't win--and weren't very good losers!!!!! They really wanted the OHIO STATE basket--but no luck. I took Lauryn to the P.T.O. basket raffle and we did win 2 baskets--seems our luck turned around--so it all works out!!!! Logan wasn't with us he went to play Laser Tag with Dustin--it was Dustin's birthday--Aunt Tammy said the boys had a great time.

This is my friend Dodie's little girl. She is being so good--but why, oh why, did we have to put Easter decorations out with candy??? She knows that is a Hershey's Kiss--and is that a Kit Kat--and isn't that a Reese Cup??? Oh, the temptation.
